In the first place, I could not find a better deal ANYWHERE in town. It has been ages since I was at a dealer for any work, not necessarily because of price difference, but because I'm usually stubborn enough and have the educational background to do it myself. After ordering several parts from you guys, I decided to give you guys a try for something bigger. Everything was done quickly and correctly. She drives straight as an arrow, perfect balance, great handling, and I couldn't be happier. I personally like Hometown Ford. I have been going to this dealership for years. I have purchased 5 vehicles through this dealer and the last 3 from George Allen. Have good working relationship with Ford Service Department. Overall, the dealership is very helpful and very friendly. They get an A+ from me.
I had found the truck online through dealer connection. Called and verified it was on the lot, they had it ready for my test drive when we arrived. Completely satisfied with Jody and everyone else at Hometown Ford.

We hve not purchased a new car in 30 years. There were several things that influenced us to purchase a car from Hometown Ford:
1. We desired to purchase a Ford to support the decision they made not to receive tax money to help them in a financial crisis period in our country.
2. We were impressed with the Ford Flex. It seemed to be the car that would meet our needs and the needs of our family. In the first month of having the car, we have traveled about 2700 miles on various trips. We are very pleased with the performance of the car.
3. We wanted to support a dealership that was in Opelika, We have always made it a policy to support businesses in our city before we go anywhere else. Hometown Ford met that requirement.
4. And, last but not least, was the personal relationship our family had with the person who sold us the car. That does make a difference in decisions that are made in purchasing a product of any kind.

I would like to heap praise on Hometown Ford for what they were able to help me achieve with this purchase. With this purchase I was able to finally get the truck that I have always wanted! It allows my family the opportunity to go camping and to help others in need( the first day my pulled a FedEx truck out of a ditch!) The dealership is a top performer for Ford in my and my family's opinion. We will always be a Ford family and will ensure that others are steered to this dealer for the kindness, professionalism, and generosity that they showed to me during my purchase process. My has is off to my salesman, manager, and general manager for the speed for which they helped me leave their lot with my dream truck. I wish and hope that in some way they are made aware of thankfulness for what they did for me and my family.
Hometown Ford and George Allen went out of their way to find the car we wanted and made our car buying experience very enjoyable. They also have an excellent service Dept. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I love my Focus. My dad was very impressed with it and my choice of cars. That's saying alot. 1.9% APR- excellent. All were very friendly and helpful. George Allen was an excellent salesman and gentle. Made me feel comfortable.
I highly recommend Hometown Ford and my salesperson, Mr. George Allen. It's a southern courtesy to use Mr. or Mrs. when addressing your elders. All of the personnel talk to the customers and make sure you are comfortable while you are waiting.

My salesperson, Jody Fowlow, was very helpful and stuck with me all the way from start to finish. I had been looking for a vehicle for about 4 months and he let me know about availability from time to time. He wasn't obnoxious, thank God. Very professional. The sales manager, Bruce, was very friendly and provided me with a greal loan rate. As for the truck, it has developed a water leak on the passenger side and the driver's lumbar doesn't work but the service guys are fixing everything tomorrow. My son turns 16 next month and I'll be back to Hometown to purchase his vehicle. Overall, my time at Hometown was well spent and I know because I had been to about 5 dealerships during my search

Hometown is a very nice place to get good treatment. They are very polite and Mr. George Allen is one of the nicest people you would want to deal with. He is not a pushy person, he will let you do your own deciding, I like a person like that.
2010 Ford Escape
Really enjoy the experience of buying the Mustang from Hometown Ford. I will be buying from this dealership in the future.
I presently own four (4) Ford Vehicles. All but one was purchased from this dealer. The Windstar was purchased from another because this dealer did not have what I was looking for at the time. As you can see, I like this dealer very much. I like the way they service my vehicles and I like it that when I walk in the door, they say hello Mr. Stevens. I feel welcome and at ease when I go for service. Your salesman, George Allen should get a big A1 plus. He has sold me a new 2007 F-150 and a new 2009 Ford Mustang and I plan on purchasing a new 2011 F-150 from him
